At Ashwood Wolves Basketball Club, we’re proud to be a community-driven organisation where both families and players play an active role in shaping our culture.
When a parent or guardian submits a player registration form, it is considered an application for Club membership on their behalf. This application is formally accepted by the Club Committee once the registration is confirmed and the player is successfully allocated to a team. At that point, the parent or guardian becomes a member of the Club, with access to relevant communications, voting rights at the Annual General Meeting, and opportunities to contribute to Club initiatives.
In addition, players aged 15 years and older are also considered members of the Club upon confirmation of their registration and team placement. This recognises their growing independence, leadership potential, and role within our basketball community.
We believe that strong clubs are built on active, engaged members—whether they’re cheering from the sidelines, leading drills on the court, or helping shape the future of our programs. Your membership helps us foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for all.
